Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Skypod (“Skypod,” “the application,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Skypod.

Skypod is a desktop application that provides a spatial environment for the internet. These terms govern your use of the application, our website (skypod.cloud), and any related services.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Skypod for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

Redistribute, sublicense, or resell Skypod

Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Use Skypod for any unlawful purpose

Accounts

Some features of Skypod require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Pricing

Skypod is free to download and use. There are no trials, subscriptions, or paid tiers. We may introduce paid features in the future, and if we do, we will update these terms and notify you before anything changes.

Third-Party Content

Skypod provides a spatial environment for accessing web applications and services. The content, functionality, and policies of third-party websites and services accessed through Skypod are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services you access through Skypod.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or store using Skypod, including your spaces, layouts, and configurations.

We do not claim any rights over your content. We access your synced data (such as bookmarks) only to provide the service and will not share it with third parties.

Availability & Updates

Skypod is in active development. We may release updates, modify features, or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance. We aim to provide a stable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue features or the application itself, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Limitation of Liability

Skypod is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skypod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the application.

Termination

You may stop using Skypod at any time by uninstalling the application.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the application or by other appropriate means. Continued use of Skypod after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Skypod will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
